By accessing and using llmskills.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

llmskills.ai is a marketplace for AI skills—interactive methodologies that can be used with AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Users can browse, purchase, and use skills. Creators can build and sell skills through our platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Purchases and Payments

When you purchase a skill:

• You receive a license to use the skill according to its terms
• Subscription skills renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Prices may change; existing subscriptions are honored at their original rate

5. Creator Terms

If you create and sell skills:

• You retain ownership of your methodology and content
• You grant us a license to distribute your skill through our platform
• You receive 70% of net revenue from your skill sales
• You must have rights to any intellectual property used in your skill
• "Inspired" skills must clearly attribute the original source

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated skills), is owned by llmskills.ai. Skills remain the intellectual property of their creators, licensed to users according to each skill's terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy skills
• Share your account credentials or MCP endpoint
• Misrepresent the source or ownership of skills
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Skills are created by third-party creators; we do not guarantee their accuracy, effectiveness, or fitness for any purpose. You use skills at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, llmskills.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any skill.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service.
